  • All 1:1 personal training sessions are 60 minutes long.

    EXCEPTIONS:

    Predefined classes, workshops, events, or customized packages.

  • IronBody Studios offers:

    Group custom group training packages

    (2 or more, must have a consultation prior to training to ensure group is appropriately matched.)

    Drop-In Group Training on pre scheduled dates please visit the schedule to book.

  • at IronBody Studios we believe Fitness should be fun. Each training session is individually scaled to each clients ability. If a client expresses an exercise is causing physical pain or is unsafe, our skilled trainers will provide a modification or cease exercise immediately. We believe in a safe but challenging fitness environment.

  • IronBody Studios is fully equipped with any and all necessary equipment you may need during your workout session. We ask that you arrive in comfortable clothing to workout in, proper shoes for working out, a refillable water bottle, and any injury or supportive equipment you may need. (Knee sleeve, weight belt etc)

    We provide complimentary sweat towels, a bottle filling station, free healthy snacks at the front desk.

    Sports related drinks available for purchase.

  • We want training to be a stress free part of your life in all ways. We highly encourage clients to consider their personal budget prior to deciding how frequently they would like to train. We offer several packages ranging from Four to twelve sessions. We recommend at least two training sessions a week minimum to assist our clients in achieving their desired results. however, we do not have a minimum amount of sessions per week.

We also offer a discounted Intro training package for those who would like to give personal training a try for a little while longer.

  • All bodies are welcome in our space to train, move, and work on themselves. No experience is required to begin personal training at our studio. We believe everyone should have access to health fitness resources no matter what.

  • While most clients are seeking general fitness. we specialize in the following Fitness Categories:

  • Upon purchasing a training package you will be invited to the IronBody Training app. An exclusive app for IronBody clients where you can track your macros, progress photo if you choose to take them, workouts sessions, overall progress, and more. For more details click here.

  • Each trainer has different specialty levels, depending on your injury or procedure we may require a doctor’s note. Additional screening and paperwork may be required depending on the injury. All injuries are disclosed at the client’s discretion. We highly advise disclosing this information to ensure proper safety measures are taken. Each trainer possesses a right to cease services during a session if it is no longer safe to proceed. All personal training clients must sign a Liability waiver prior to training at IronBody Studios.
